Orientation

Here it is.  The first post.  I have been here for four days and I am still trying to figure out where things are located. 

If it wasn't for David (who arrived several weeks prior to me) I would be getting mugged in some hostel somewhere.  Instead, I am living in an apartment with David, two Brazillians, two Spaniards, and one Scottish girl.  

It would take me forever to type everything about what happened....so I am going to use bullet points to highlight the interesting things.  

• I came without a monitor for my computer so I ended buying one from a Mr. Anthony McDonaugh.  We made the deal on the side of the street.  Shady.  
• David and I went to Phoenix Park and saw about 80 deer having dinner on some soccer fields. 
• Somehow I had a connection with a lady who owns a country manor and she said it would be O.K. if David and I stayed...for free.  Here is the website.  www.sheehysatspringfield.com 
• I bought some groceries.

Well...I've only been here for several days.  The pictures will soon come.  We also have some video that we will post.  I believe David will be posting on this is well.
